From 12.06.2015 to 03.09.2015, the European Commission conducted a public consultation “on contract rules for online purchases of digital content and tangible goods”, asking for contributions from organisations related to the fields of civil justice matters, internal market and consumer protection. The EIBF, together with its members, has contributed to the consultation, highlighting the views and interests of the booksellers on this highly important matter.
